Online shops usually provide multiple shipping methods for customers to choose from, but in some cases, certain shipping methods may not be applicable. For example, the products purchased by customers are too large to be placed in the smart locker, or the products cannot be mailed and can only be picked up in the store, etc.

MyCart allows merchants to exclude products when setting the shipping method. When customers purchase products that are not applicable to the shipping method, the system will tell the customer which product is not applicable and prompt the customer to choose another shipping method.

1. In "Shipping Methods", click Edit to modify the settings.

2. Select the products to be excluded. The excluded products are set according to the shipping method, so each shipping method can set its own excluded products

3. When customers purchase products that are not applicable to the shipping method, the system will tell the customer which product is not applicable, and the customer needs to choose another shipping method to continue.
